submit payment, "Checkout". After payment has been received, you will be
automatically directed to send your script and station information here.
I don't have a Paypal account. Can I still order?
YES. You do not need a Paypal account to order from this website. All you need
is a major credit/debit card or checking account. Note: Checking account and
bank transfers may take 4 to 6 business days to clear. Production will begin
after a complete payment is received.
Is my personal information safe?
YES. No one at RadioVoiceImaging.com will ever see your account number.
What is your order turnover/How long until I get my audio?
Turnaround varies depending on workload and the size of your order. The
*average* for a small order is a few business days, and for a large order, about
one week.
How do you send the audio?
Most orders are sent by email. But, if your audio files are too large to be
delivered via email, Jeffrey will send you a convenient download link.
What file format / bitrate do you use?
MP3 at 320 Kbps. To the average listener, 192 Kbps is considered "CD quality".
Special requests are not a problem if you need another format or bitrate.
